Capability

How the workactually runs.

Four disciplines, built on twenty years of delivery and an ISO-accredited systems pedigree.

Disciplines

Four disciplines, and what stands behind each

Each one carries the registrations, systems and delivery record that stand behind it.

Discipline CD

Construction Delivery

Works delivered and supervised across building classes 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9 — apartments, aged care, schools, health, commercial fit-outs and civic buildings — plus Tier 1 infrastructure and correctional environments.

  • Building Practitioner (General): class 2 buildings, NSW
  • Builder licence with HBCF eligibility, NSW
  • DBP Act practitioner obligations treated as working method
  • Twenty years across residential, commercial and civil delivery

Discipline OS

Operations & Systems

Programming, procurement, tendering, compliance, scheduling and project reporting — currently practised daily as Operations Manager for a WA-based construction firm specialising in remote construction.

  • Working fluency with Procore and Aconex
  • ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 methodology as one system
  • Tender review, procurement and subcontract packaging
  • Programme, cost and compliance reporting to management

Discipline RM

Remote & Modular

Delivery in environments where logistics, sequencing and workforce constraints shape every programme — including 10 bushfire-relief modular homes delivered in remote areas across NSW.

  • Modular methodology from factory to handover
  • Remote logistics, laydown and sequencing planning
  • Workforce, accommodation and rotation constraints
  • Commissioning where second attempts are expensive

Discipline CQ

Compliance & Quality

ISO methodology applied on site: inspection and test planning, defect prevention, practitioner declarations and the documentation trail that stands behind every claim.

  • Inspection and test plans with defined hold points
  • Defect prevention ahead of defect management
  • Practitioner declarations and design compliance
  • Hunter Safety Awards 2017 winner — Best WHS Improvement (SME)

How the work runs

Systems, not shortcuts

Three things carry a project: the method it is run by, the tools it is run in, and who is accountable when a declaration is signed.

Methodology

ISO discipline as working method

Quality, safety and environmental management run as one methodology — carried over from eight years leading an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 accredited business, not adopted as a certificate on a wall.

Platforms

Delivery systems fluency

Working fluency with major delivery platforms including Procore and Aconex — programming, procurement, QA and defect management inside real project controls rather than spreadsheets kept alongside them.

Accountability

Practitioner obligations, lived

Design and Building Practitioners Act obligations and practitioner declarations treated as working method. The documentation trail is built as the job is built, because that is when it is cheap.

Environments

Four environments, and what each one demands

Capability is environment-specific. The same programme discipline behaves differently on a Tier 1 corridor, inside a secure operating facility, and six hours from the nearest supplier.

01

Tier 1 infrastructure

Civil, electrical and services supervision inside a joint venture with its own systems, hold points and reporting lines. Nothing moves without documentation, and the programme is measured in shifts rather than weeks.

On the recordCoffs Harbour Bypass — $2B+ Tier 1 JV, civil, electrical and services supervision, tunnel-related works and ITS.

02

Secure and correctional

Commissioning and services delivery in facilities that are live, secure and operating. Access is escorted, works are staged around operations, and a failed test is not something you come back to next week.

On the recordClarence and Dillwynia Correctional Centres — electrical, automation and security commissioning, more than 20,000 test points.

03

Commercial and civic

Multi-stage fit-outs and civic buildings where the client is a public body, the site stays in use, and the defect list is read by people who will occupy the building.

On the recordYarrila Place and Woolgoolga Sporting Complex — civic and community delivery on the Mid North Coast; school and college fit-outs, Coffs Harbour CBD.

04

Remote and modular

Delivery where logistics, sequencing and workforce constraints set the programme before anything else does. Materials arrive once, trades rotate, and commissioning has to work the first time.

On the record10 bushfire-relief modular homes delivered in remote areas across NSW; operations management for a WA-based firm specialising in remote construction.
